What this policy covers

This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to the website and to orders placed through it.

What we collect

Information you give us

To deliver an order we need the public username, profile URL or post link the order applies to, and an email address to send your confirmation and to reply to support messages. If you contact support we keep the message you send and our reply.

We never ask for your social media password, and we never request app permissions against your account. Any message asking you for a password is not from us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server records the IP address, browser type and pages requested for each visit. This is used to keep the site working and to detect abuse.

Payment information

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Card and account details are entered on the provider’s systems and are not stored on this site. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the order reference.

Cookies

We use cookies for a small number of purposes:

• Essential cookies keep you signed in to your account and remember the contents of an order you are part-way through. The site does not work correctly without these.
• Preference cookies remember choices such as a dismissed notice, so you are not shown the same thing on every page.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and checkout from working.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to deliver orders, to reply to support enquiries, to process payments and issue refunds, to detect fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the parties needed to run the service: our payment provider, the suppliers who fulfil delivery for an order, and our hosting provider. Each receives only what that role requires. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and dispute resolution. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful for handling your queries. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting an account does not remove records we are required to keep for accounting purposes. To make a request, contact us through the support page.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to order data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but because we never hold your social media credentials, a breach here cannot expose your social accounts.

If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
