Refund and Returns Policy

This policy covers orders placed through socialblade.us. It applies to social media growth services, review services and AI services alike, because all of them are delivered rather than shipped.

Undelivered work is refunded

If an order cannot be delivered at all, it is refunded in full. If it is delivered in part, the undelivered portion is refunded proportionally — you pay for what arrived.

This is the core of the policy. We do not ask you to argue for it, and we do not require a reason.

How to request a refund

Contact support with your order reference. Include what you ordered and what arrived. We check the delivery record against the order and process the refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued to the method used to pay. We cannot send a refund somewhere else, including to a different card or wallet.

Cryptocurrency payments

Orders paid in USDT or USDC are refunded in the same asset, on the same network, to an address you provide. Network fees are deducted from the refund because they are paid to the blockchain rather than to us.

Exchange-rate movement between payment and refund is not covered. The amount returned is the amount received, less network fees.

Sending on the wrong network

We accept USDT and USDC on four chains: Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Chain (BEP-20) and Polygon. The checkout shows one address per chain and they are not interchangeable — the address you are given works only on the network shown above it.

If you send funds on a different chain to the one displayed, or to an address you did not get from the checkout, we cannot reverse it. Blockchain transfers are final and no party can undo them. In some cases funds sent to one of our addresses on an unsupported chain can be recovered manually; contact support with the transaction hash and we will tell you whether that is possible in your case. We cannot promise it in advance.

Before sending, check that the network selected in your wallet matches the one shown at checkout. This is the single most common and most expensive mistake in crypto payment.

Monthly AI services

AI services are billed monthly with no minimum term. Cancelling stops the next payment; the current period runs to its end and is not refunded pro rata, because the service is available to you for the whole period you paid for.

Setup fees cover work already carried out — script writing, configuration and testing. Once setup has started, that fee is not refundable. If you cancel before setup begins, it is refunded in full.

Drop cover on social media orders

Social media counts can fall after delivery — platforms remove accounts and engagement on their own schedule. Every social media package carries drop cover for this: if the delivered count falls below what you ordered within 30 days of completion, we top it back up at no charge. Premium tiers carry a 90-day window instead of 30.

To claim it, send support your order reference and the current figure. We check it against the delivery record and refill the shortfall. There is no charge and no limit on how many times you can claim inside the window.

Drop cover is a refill, not a refund. If you would rather have the money back than the volume replaced, the undelivered-work terms above apply instead.

Reviews removed by the platform

Review platforms remove reviews their systems flag, at any time and without notice. We do not control that and no provider does. What we do control is replacing them: if a delivered review is removed within 30 days, we post a replacement at no charge. Send support your order reference and we will check it against the delivery record.

After 30 days, removals are outside the replacement window. This is separate from the drop cover on social media orders described above.

What is not refundable

  • Work already delivered as described.
  • Drops caused by the platform itself, where delivery completed as ordered. These are not refunded in cash — they are covered by the refill described above, inside the 30 or 90 day window.
  • Orders where the details supplied were wrong — a private profile, a deleted post, or an incorrect link — and the order could not be delivered as a result. Contact us before delivery starts and we will redirect it instead.
  • Setup fees where setup has already begun.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, contact support first. A chargeback raised before you have contacted us costs both sides time and usually resolves more slowly than a direct refund would.

Cancelling an order in progress

Delivery on most services is paced over days, so an order can often be stopped part-way. Contact support and the undelivered remainder is refunded.

All refund requests go through our support page. Include the order reference so we can find the delivery record.
