Getting help with an order
Support runs on tickets, 24 hours a day. Include your order details and what you need and we will pick it up.
Changing an order after checkout
If you sent the wrong username, linked the wrong post, or deleted a post part-way through delivery, contact support. An order can be redirected to a different post or profile at any point before delivery completes. After completion it cannot be moved, so it is worth getting in touch early.
Refills and drops
Every package carries a 30-day refill guarantee. If the count falls below what you ordered inside that window, tell us and we top it back up at no charge. Include the order reference and the current figure.
Delivery that has not started
Most services begin within minutes to a few hours, but some are slower by design. Check the delivery note on the service page before reporting a delay: Facebook page likes take three to six days, YouTube comments two to four, and YouTube subscribers up to five. If the stated window has passed, contact us.
Refunds
Undelivered volume is refunded. An order that cannot be delivered is refunded in full, and partial deliveries are refunded in proportion to what did not arrive.
Pausing an order
Subscriber and auto-likes orders can be paused and resumed. This is useful if you want delivery to stop while you change something on the account.
Before you contact us
Two things resolve most tickets on their own. First, confirm the account or post is public, because delivery cannot reach anything private. Second, check the delivery window on the service page, since a lot of reported delays are services still inside their stated pacing.
